Rivijera LTD was founded in 2005 in Herceg Novi and has been engaged in mediation in sales since 2013. We specialize in real estate brokerage and transactions in the Bay of Kotor area (Herceg Novi, Perast, Kotor, Tivat) and Budva.

REAL ESTATE MEDIATION

We provide complete assistance in negotiating, selling or buying a property.

DOCUMENTATION VERIFICATION

We verify the documentation of the property subject to the purchase agreement in collaboration with a notary and lawyer, whom the client can choose.

ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS

We assist with filing tax applications for buyers and transferring utility accounts (electricity, water, waste collection) to the name of the new property owner.
